Returns policy
We take pride in the accuracy and quality of our cut-to-size MFC panels. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the panels have been cut incorrectly. In such cases, we kindly ask you to inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns for full, uncut boards are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to a 15% handling fee and a £35 collection charge.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:
Orders not yet processed: If your panels have not yet been cut, we will gladly cancel your order and process a full refund. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Cut-to-size orders: Once cutting has commenced, we regret that we cannot cancel your order. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you believe you need to cancel, so we can advise on the status of your order.
Damaged or faulty goods
We strive for perfection, but should your order arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description of the fault and include photographic evidence. We will prioritize the resolution of your issue, whether through a replacement or other suitable solution.
